Provider Communications must do better!
Hi everyone, and I really like the new forum
I asked this question on e-cademy yesteday and got some great feedback from Martin and Malcolm so big thank you but I was wondering if there was any other feedback that you might have, all responses welcome!
Here's the question again...
I work for a marketing consultancy that has both Investment Management and Life Co clients and I'm doing a bit of background research on what you think of the current state of play is with their intermediary communications.
The sought of communications that I'm talking about are emails, extranet content, newsletters or technical support communications, fund manager video, any macro economic commentary they might provide etc. I know this is pretty broad-brush but just want to get a sense of the lie of the land.
The big questions I'd like to ask are who do you rate as very good at intermediary communications and of course why?
Who is very bad at communications and what makes them bad
and the big question what sought of communications do you actually want, find useful or absolutely loathe.
how do you think Provider firms could improve what they are doing
Any way thanks for you time and thought on this
Regards David
