If you use the hugely popular photo-sharing app Instagram on your iPhone, simply take a photo and tag it with #IFALife and it will appear here.

Photos can be work or fun related, just remember to add the tag #IFALife (see notes below about tagging).

Notes:

1. To tag a photo:

Snap a photo using the Instagram app and choose a filter
On the screen you see after choosing a filter, type #IFALife in the Caption field
If you want to tag a photo that you've already taken/uploaded on Instagram, just include #IFALife in a comment on your photo
After you tag your photo with #IFALife, you'll be able to tap on the hashtag to see a page that shows all photos users have uploaded with that hashtag, or simply view them here at www.ifalife.com/Instagram.
