Ninety percent of IFAs admit they've not yet nailed this

As an IFA or financial adviser – are you really making the most of your website, LinkedIn and Social Media?

Ninety percent of financial advisers tell us they’re not. 

Most have a website and Social Media presence of some sort (LinkedIn and Twitter mainly), but have yet to see any real return from their online activities.

Whilst IFAs will continue to find new clients through face-to-face referrals, the Internet also now offers advisers a superb opportunity to:

But without a clear Internet plan, your website and use of Social Media may never yield the results promised.  And some IFAs argue that many clients just aren’t interested in engaging with an IFA through the Internet – let alone Social Media.  But the facts simply don’t bear that out. 

For example:

  • 72% of all internet users are now active on social media*
  • 60 percent of 50 to 60 year olds are active on social media
  • In the 65 plus bracket, 43% are using social media

This means that IFAs have an opportunity to proactively find new clients by using Social Media – but you need to know how and you need a plan.  You need help which isn’t just theoretical fluff, but help which gives proven actionable value that really works.
