Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place. Alternatively, a refund, minus 50% (including VAT) service charge will be made for cancellations received in writing (or email) no later than 15th December 2009. Regrettably no refund will be given for cancellations received after 15th December 2009.
