About Me

Have been trading as a Mortgage Adviser for 10 years after a mid-life crisis saw me sell up my Office equipment maintenance business for a clean job!

Working from home in the St Neots area I have built a small but loyal client group and have a network of professional friends who refer clients to me and to whom I refer clients with requirements beyond my areas of expertise.

I have been working toward the ER1 (Equity Release) qualification and am very pleased to have passed this recently (Dec 2008).

In addition I have a BDM role within Mosaic Europe introducing and training on the subject of Senior Life Settlements. The purchase of Life Insurance policies as investments. I think this investment class will be big during 2009 as it offers total security with a guaranteed return and is not affected by the ups and downs of the markets.

Separate to my 'Financial' business I have recently become a distributor with The Utility Warehouse. This is such a great fit, when the budget is tight with 'Mortgage' clients I can offer to save them money on there phones or utilities which can fund protection products etc.
